We want you to love your Element Brooklyn ritual, but if a product isn't the right fit for your skin, we offer 30-day returns on all orders. Your satisfaction and skin health are our top priorities.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
